Priscilla Ritchie

Administrator / Owner

Priscilla was destined to be a nurse, according to her mother, who said that at age six she played with a stethoscope listening to heart sounds. In 1984, Priscilla graduated from South Plains College nursing program and became an LVN. Six years later, in 1990, she moved to Austin. Priscilla worked in the Medicare and Private Pay Services for many years. However, in 1995-2000, she opened two personal care homes.

By the end of 2000, she closed the homes and started her own home health company. Being a former nurse, Priscilla wanted to bring nursing skills into her firm and be able to offer a broader range of services for people with complex care needs. Her mission is to provide a full range of private pay in home services by trained and qualified staff in a professional, courteous, and caring manner at a fair and competitive price. Priscilla is proud to set the quality of service standard for all in-home care providers.

Felicia Woods

Financial Specialist

Felicia grew up one of five sisters in a small farming community in the West Texas town of Abernathy. She was raised in a close knit family that valued honesty and hard work. After high school, Felicia attended South Plains College in Lubbock and completed her studies in Dietary Management. She then accepted the position of dietary supervisor at the Highland Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. After working there for three years, she moved to central Texas to further her career in management.

Once Felicia arrived in Austin, she went to work for a growing home health care agency called Life Made Easy. Since her background was in diet and nutrition in a hospital setting, Felicia wanted to work out in the field so that she could develop a better understanding of how home health worked. In her opinion, there is never a dull moment in home health care. Felicia does not feel it's a job but a chance to meet interesting people, that all have unique stories to share about their lives. Felicia chooses to dedicate her time and energy to continually finding ways of improving the way in which agencies in the area provide care to our elderly population.
