Time Tracking System
Telephony is a timekeeping system designed specifically for home care workers working in home settings. The system knows who they are, the hours they are scheduled to work and the hours they actually work. It also knows who the client is and how many hours to bill them. If managed correctly clients will receive an accurate bill and the caregiver will receive an accurate paycheck. It eliminates hectic payroll and billing issues with the client and the agency or the caregiver and the agency, therefore taking less time and reducing the amount of work and time we have to put into billing and payroll thus keeping the consumer’s cost down.
This system will also alarm the agency when a caregiver has been delayed or there has been an error in scheduling.
Eventually this system will eliminate paper time sheets therefore reducing the amount of paper we use in our business.
The time tracking system allows us to discipline the caregivers at a moment’s notice when they are delayed or fix scheduling issues in an efficient and timely manner. The administrative staff can actually watch caregivers clock in and out. We can easily print a report with dates and exact times that our staff was in the client’s home.
Veterans Benefits:
Life Made Easy Home Health contracts with the VA to provide Homemaker / Home Health Aide
services to their Veterans. The H/HHA program provides these services as an “alternative” to nursing home care.
Services are provided for the veteran, a widowed spouse of a veteran, or a veteran’s child who is
eligible for Social Security disability benefits. The Department of Veterans Affairs offers pension benefits to war time veterans who meet qualifications outlined by the VA. The H/ HHA coordinator along with the interdisciplinary team makes a clinical judgment that the veteran would be in the absence of H/HHA services, require nursing home equivalent care.
To find out if you qualify or for more information, contact the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
